O LUTZ
Lutz is the software which consists of tools that enable operational excellence of organizations.
Based on the Lean methodology, Lutz allows control and monitoring of organizations’ flows and operations in an integrated and hierarchical form (systemic approach to operations), assists the implementation of process standardization and generate various reports for continuous improvement processes.
The system merges the concepts of visual control and process monitoring in real time, allowing the manager to take decisions without delay in a preventive way, not only in a corrective way.
It consists of a Web-based software, main gear of the system, in which:
- 1) you are able to design business flows and operations;
- 2) you can control processes in real-time through display monitors and other resources, including automated alerts of delays in activities; and
- 3) you can receive reports generated by the system containing a number of useful analytical contents for management: waste rate, performance rate, productivity rate, idleness rate, root causes of problems, Takt time etc.
There is also the system’s mobile application, which enables the input of information from anywhere, through various types of smartphone, according to the standards and flows recommended by the company, and validation of such information by diverse on-site validation mechanisms (eg, QR Code, Code bar, Beacon, GPS etc.). The same mobile application enables on-site output of information consisting of company SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reports of problems in operations and other important information in real time for employees and managers.
Desse modo, o Lutz enables centralized management, indicating where the problems are in the organization’s departments, in a qualitative/quantitative manner, and provides immediate feedback on actions taken by the manager, who can make decisions based on accurate diagnostic information about the various flows and operations under his responsibility and can manage employees and the organization itself, from anywhere, effectively.
